Refund and Payment


The Payment Policy:
After your registration has been accepted, you will have the option to pay by credit card or request an invoice. Your payment is due 30 days from the registered date.  Payments must be made in full.  All payments must be made by July 15 or registrants will be dropped.

Cancellation Policy and No Show: 
Full refunds will be given up to July 1st. Partial refunds of $95 will be given up to July 15th. No refunds will be offered after July 15th. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to vame.org@gmail.com. 

No Shows:
No shows will be invoiced for the full conference rate and will be unable to register for future VAME Conferences until the balance is settled. Please refer to the cancellation policy.

VAME Membership:
The 2020-21 VAME online membership was open from Sept 1st- April 15th .  If you were a paid VAME Member for the 2019-20 school year, your membership was extended for the 20-21 school year as well.
