Change from Areas to Regions
As you may know, VAME along with VA DECA has changed from three areas to a five-regions beginning with the 2011-12 school year. Below is the breakdown of how that change will affect you.
Region 1:
Districts 8, 9, 10, 11, 19 (except King George)
Region 2:
Districts 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17
Region 3:
District 18, 20 (except Colonial Heights) 23, 24, 25, 26, King George
Region 4:
Districts 21, 27, 28, 29, 30
Region 5:
Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 22, and Colonial Heights
